Downtown Toronto Photo Walk and Photo Contest Awards Meetup, Nov. 2, 2024

EVENT FULL – closed to new registrations.

Date: Nov. 2
Meeting location: SE Corner of Bay and King (Commerce Court)
Meeting Time: 4 pm
Route: Downtown Toronto (Financial District)

The photo walk meetup is for the local photo community and everyone who participated in this year’s Tdot Shots Toronto & GTA Photo Contest. The walk takes place before sunset and will last approximately two hours. During the walk we will announce the winners and runner-ups. 9 photographers will be awarded. Will you be one of them?

This may be one of our final photo walks of the 2024 season. It will be a fun, street photography-focused event. This meetup is organized by Mike Simpson, avid photographer and founder of Tdot Shots and Tdot Create (Tdot.cc – our rsvp and ticket site).

We are likely to visit some of these spots:

  • Union Station / Front St.
  • Brookfield Place / TD Centre
  • City Hall or Gooderham Building

Route will be announced the day of the event. Sign up to get that update email!

You do not need to have a professional camera. Many participants shoot with smartphones. Many of us are happy to share photography tips! This event will be an opportunity to network and learn more about photography, explore downtown and celebrate the winners of the contest.

You will receive a confirmation email the morning of the event. Please add [email protected] to your address book. We usually email you by noon with tips and updates.

After you RSVP an email is sent with a confirmation. If you don’t receive this email contact us.

Hope you will join us! This is going to be a memorable meetup! If you have any questions please reach out! Contact me: [email protected]
