Illuminite Festival Returns to Downtown Toronto this February (Feb. 14-March 2)

This amazing celebration of art and light returns to the downtown Yonge Street BIA area this month. We are excited to host a series of photos walks in the neighbourhood. We will explore all 5 installations during our events. The BIA (Business Improvement Association) will provide amazing prizes to participants. Please be sure to RSVP so you can participate.

From the organizers: “Experience the Glow – Discover captivating light installations that brighten Downtown Yonge from February 14 to March 2, 2025, running daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This winter, ILLUMINITE bridges the chill with warmth, creativity, and community spirit.

During our photo walks we will focus on capturing the art and light installation exhibits, and the vibrant street scenes of downtown Yonge St. PArticipants can practice portrait and candid people photography along with night photogtrraphy and creative techniques such as long exposures.
